Our refunds and returns policy is simple:

- No refunds.
- No returns.
- No exchanges.
That said, if you have received the wrong item, or an item was damaged during shipment, let us know within 5 days of receiving the delivery and we will help resolve the problem promptly. In the case of a damaged item, please provide photos of the damage to the outside and inside of the package, as well as the damage to the item. These photos will be needed to support a damage claim with the shipper.
